Indications:
Treatment of mild to moderate hypertension, alone or with other anti-hypertensive drugs (particularly Thiazide diuretics) combined.
Pharmaco - toxicological:
Carvedilol in the therapeutic dose range, both α1 and non-selective beta-blocking role, to be sympathetic without intrinsic activity. This product block postsynaptic membrane alpha 1 receptor, thereby expanding blood vessels, reduce peripheral vascular resistance; block β receptors, inhibiting renin secretion kidney, blocking renin - angiotensin - aldosterone system, a buck role. Carvedilol buck rapidly, antihypertensive effect can be long maintained. The left ventricular ejection fraction, cardiac function, renal function and renal perfusion, blood flow, plasma electrolytes and blood lipid levels have no impact, it does not affect heart rate or slightly slower.
